Amynthas the Huntress is from i-Kore's fantasy miniatures line, Celtos.  She was masterfully sculpted by Kev White.

Amynthas was very fun to paint, although the cleanup process was very frustrating -- some of the mold lines crossed fine details, or were in almost impossible to get to spots.

I hope to have better pictures someday, as these do not do the model justice.  I practiced my NMM Gold technique on her bracer, necklace, and other details, but the main focus was to achieve smoothly blended flesh tones -- which do look much smoother in real-life, so I count my mission accomplished.

The snow is done using Hudson & Allen's fabulous "Snow" product.  The reeds or tall grass is made from the bristle of an old toothbrush.
