This Arwen Evenstar model is from Games Workshop's Lord of the Rings miniature line.

The GW version was painted in rather ghoulish, ghastly pale skin tones, and her bright blue dress looked nothing like the more earthy green dress that I see in the movie.

Surely the model couldn't be as ugly as GW made her seem?

Although the pose is still a bit stiff and plain, I think this paint job more accurately reflects the vision of Arwen portrayed in the films.  She could probably stand a lighter skin tone, and the sword blade is positively awful in the photo, but overall I am quite pleased.

UPDATE:  Finally repainted the sword, this time in NMM, to get rid of the garish silver it was painted in originally.  Hopefully, this is better.
