In the summer of 2003, 4 painters -- Myself, Jason Moses, Joel Patton, and Andrew Lum -- convened in Baltimore, Maryland, for Games Workshop's Games Day convention.  Following Games Day, we went our separate ways, and met again a week later for Origins in Columbus, Ohio.

During that week apart, Jason Moses found a pack of 4 anthropomorphic frog figurines, uniformed as French soldiers of the Napoleonic (Tadpoleonic?) era.  These are Flintloque miniatures, and were found in a specials bin for the low-low price of $1.00 (US) for all four.  There is apparently an entire range of these French Frog Legionnaires.

The four painters each got one frog from the pack, with the mission to paint it up without knowing what the others would do with theirs.  Here are the fruits of our labor; I hope you enjoy!
