The Composer

Uthaire Kazaan do'Avlar had served as Court Composer to house Rhibauld on Exultan II since their induction as an Imperial gubernatorial House over 3 centuries ago, and it is rumored he served the previous aristocracy for even longer before that.  A genius and savant not only of music, but of the science of sound, it is now clear that his gifts came not from the God-Emperor, but rather from the ruinous power he has devoted his life to since beginning as a lowly Imperial Minstrel of the Adeptus Symphonicus.

Uthaire held prominent positions of power within the Cult of Slaanesh on Exultan II for the 500 years before its final desecration, and it is believed that his close contact and service to the Gubernatorial House allowed him to begin corrupting Ophelia literally from her cradle.  When the warband left Exultan II, do'Avlar accompanied them.

The Auto-Erotic Endorphin Philharmonia's Command Rhino personnel carrier has been fitted with a malign and ingenious contraption not unlike a pipe organ of one of the great Cathedrals, designed by the Architect of Savage Dominion himself.  Perched within, Uthaire's cacophonous music blares forth, proclaiming the glory of Slaanesh as they ride to battle, instilling abject terror into the hearts of their enemies.  The disjunct, chromatic melodies and dissonant cluster chords pour forth from his blurring fingers, rupturing eardrums and spreading forth dread and despair, while simultaneously enticing Slaanesh's minions into wild ballets of perverse adoration and sonic bliss.
