Ophelia Anekh Sum'aht

The Exquisite Tormentress, Corruptor of Exultan II, Debaucher of St. Galahad, Infinite Seductress of the Seven Storms.

The Lord

            Born Clarysse Ophelia Rhibauld, she was the daughter of Planetary Governor of Exultan II, the famous resort world.  Using the planet’s already-present penchant for debauchery and excess, she was able to secretly corrupt nearly half the indigenous population to worship of the Prince of Pleasure through myriad cults and heretical temples.  Sum’aht was gifted with various powers and weapons by an unknown entity, believed to be a Daemon Prince of high stature, as well as sent a company of Slaanesh-worshiping Traitor Space Marines and their accompanying support.  With this strength, by means of dozens of coordinated secret attacks, Princess Ophelia was able to wrest control of the planet from her father, quickly overwhelming the planet’s paltry defenses.  The entire population was slowly tortured and murdered over the next six days, most succumbing to unspeakable horrors of excessive pleasure through pain.

            Leaving only followers of Slaanesh on Exultan II, the planet as a whole openly worshiped the foul Chaos Power, and Anekh Sum’aht led her legion of warriors across the sector in a rampaging erotic spree of genocide and corruption.  Worlds that did not fall to the allure of the Prince of Pleasure fell to the bolter, and to the sword.  In her absence, Exultan II was cleansed by the Dark Angels Chapter of the Adeptus Astartes, forcing Sum’aht and her followers to seek a new world from which to launch their raids.  It is believed they have found sanctuary within the Eye of Terror, but due to the nature of that permanent warp storm, the world has not yet been identified.

            Sum’aht wields a blade of unknown origin with a dark power beyond comprehension.  This jet-black sword is presumed to be bound to the essence of a warp daemon of great power.  Beware the kiss of this mighty, evil weapon, for it devours the very soul of its victims.

            It is believed that Anekh Sum’aht is herself aspiring to daemonic prince- hood, and this wretched Arch-Heretic must be utterly destroyed before her power grows more, and even more forces of the Warp swell the ranks of her warband.
