I had considered entering the Lord as a 40K Single model entry, but thought her chances were better accompanied by a Retinue (as is the case on the table top!).

Half of the Incubi guards have been tweaked in some way so that no two are exactly alike, but no extensive conversions went into the retinue itself.  Instead, I lavished attention on the Archon and the Incubi Master.

The Archon's body is that of Jain Zar, with the right hand simply replaced with a plastic Splinter Pistol hand from the Dark Eldar Warriors sprue.  Her left arm is a plastic Dark Eldar arm, the shoulder flange of a Wych, and the large spiky bit is from a Talos.  Her plasma grenades are made from the ammo spheres from old Eldar Plasma guns, and the haywire grenade is from a Space Marine Auspex.

The Incubi Master is Maugan Ra, and uses the left over spear arm from Jain Zar, and some GS hair was added to the pair of plastic dead heads (from the Ork sprue) to make it appear as if he were holding them, as well as covering up the scars from the removal of Maugan Ra's Maugetar.  The top of an Incubi's helmet was fitted to the top of Maugan Ra's skull, and the join blended in with Green Stuff.  Again, he carries plasma grenades made from Eldar plastic Plasma guns.

All the bases were given a cobblestone effect by carving a brick pattern into smoothed-out spackling paste with the back of an X-Acto blade..  The non-spackled areas of the base were covered in fine ballast, with clumps of static grass poking up here and there.
