Captain

The Witch Hunter Captain is an extensive conversion, inspired by the artwork on page 80 of the Mordheim rulebook:

It's been quite some time since I made this conversion, but as I recall, he is based mostly on a Brettonian Knight on foot, with quite a bit of GS touch up to his robes and tunic, a Witch Hunter's screaming head, the top of a Mordheim staff for the flaming headgear, a plastic Elf cavalry shield, as well as Mordheim and Chaos plastic bits, and plastic sheet for the Sigmar "S" of the dagger pommel.

The text on his chest scroll was written with a .05 Pigma Micron black pen.  The round metal studs that hold the scroll to his chain mail neck guard are made from small balls of GS put into place, and then pressed in the center with the tip of a disposable mechanical pencil.
